Behind the smile theres only sorrow, from worrying about tomorrow.
Behind the smile theres so much pain, which slowly makes him become insane.
He keeps the smile to protect himself, from any more hurting influence.
He keeps the smile, even at night, so his friends think everything would be alright.
But when he's alone just for a while, the smile is gone - every time.
