The Shadow says;
What's that supposed to mean? I'm a common thing. I'm an emotion everyone has.
Saying that I'm not real and just walking away, that's an easy thing to do.
You think it's my fault you get hurt by the people around you.
But in truth, you have yet to realize that the people around you wish you nothing but harm.
I'm the only one who truly understands you. I'm trying to open up your eyes.
He says;
If only you didn't exist..
The Shadow says;
Do you really resent me that much? That hurts, you know. You're making me sad.
You keep ignoring me, which means you're afraid of the truth. Will you keep running forever?
If you put your trust in people, you'll end up getting fooled and betrayed.
If you put your trust in no one, you'll end up engulfed in loneliness.
No matter what you do, you'll end up all alone. There is no hope for you.
He says;
Go to hell..
The Shadow says;
Where is hell? Is it deep underground? No. Is it in some other dimension? No.
The truth is, Hell resides in your head. Hell resides in all our heads.
No matter how hard you try, you can never be rid of it. It only grows stronger.
By not answering these questions, you increase your own personal Hell.
And that only leads to more suffering and agony. You can feel it right now, can't you?
