July 2010
The pictures from this day are taken at Tivolirock Kristianstad Maskinen - One of my realtives is in the "band". I'm not a hiphopper I guess cause I can't see the point in this music.
Screamer - 80s hair-metal Yeah! The bandanas and sound was right. They could have used some more attitude and a singer.
Burim Rama - Local hiphopstar. See the two girls? They were the only ones there besides me. Onstage they tried to fake enthusiasm. It didn't work.
Whipped Cream Unibrow- Extra pluses for great bandname, great stage-costumes and free buns! The music didn't really live up to all that. Slow reggea-pop.
Deportees - How boring can you get? I guess these guys will win the world championship. Had some good songs but the performance was so... serious and faultless. Very un-live.
Hästpojken - I really like this band a lot. I think they should have taken it more easy the day before because they looked and sounded hang-over.Too bad.
Timo Räisänen - This has to be one of the most steady live-acts in Sweden. He always delivers. Great songs, fun show, energetic and happy. Best of Tivolirock this year too. (Look for my pictures fro
Unsolved - I think that's the name of the band.. No memory of their gig. I think I left faster than I got there.
Docenterna - Once upon a time one of the greatest swedish bands. They should have kept it that way. This was horrible!
Deathstars - Yeah! Second show in like a week. They're enjoyable. Band shoudl put up a show, and these guys certainly do. I'd like to see some pyrotechnics next tour though.
Dark Tranquility - I've seen so many shows that I'm beginning to know the songs. 80s disco meets death metal.
The Ark - Started off with a song from their new and painfully bad cd. I can't see why they are even touring. Need the money to feed the kids. Ola is great. He really really is. But the other guys.. C
Lets go touring England! We're early as usual. Håkan likes to have it that way and I like to please him.
Håkan gets his usual airport coffee. Then it was goodbye to good-locking scandinavian girls. For some reason most english girls look horrible. Is it the food?
And so begins the long and winding road to Indietracks festival. This was on train no 1 and Håkan is memorizing the changes ahead of us.
On a small brown bus from Alfreton where we had stopped at Lidl and Ye Olde MacDonald (where we of course had burgers). We didn't have a clue where we were supposed to get off and the busdriver forgot
Butterly station going to Swanwick. Looks english right? It was. I prepared myself for the festival by putting on eyeliner and purple lipstick. Totally matching my purple pants and rubberboots (the on
