The patient stopped. She could see her feet standing right in front of the bed.
No no no no no please don't.
She closed her eyes tightly.
This is just a dream, I will wake up in my own bed and everything will be fine.
She opened her eyes again and looked straight into the eye of the patient who had bent down to look at her from the other side of the bed.
"There you are."
