By the shores of my heart
where the currents are strong
They say in love and war
there is no right and wrong
I've never been standing
on solid ground
For too long I've aimlessly
wandered around
Hurting too much
to feel anything
Managed the art of
abusing everything
For two years I have feared
for this to happen again
Now I'm right where I was
with my heart down the drain
Lost so many reasons
to live or to die
Questions without answers
I still keep asking why
Will I drown in my sorrow
or will it eat me alive
After how many heartbreaks
will I no longer survive?
