Silverears glared down through his nose at Youngpaws who in return pinned his ears back and growled, not breaking eye contact. "Hey old man, I could so take you on, I think you should just step down before you hurt yourself."
"I'd like to see you try." Silverears replied. While some meters away Quicktail poked his nose at the wolf who was half sleeping on the ground.
"Play! Play!" He yipped but all he got in reply was a yawn and the back of the other wolf as he turned away from him. Quicktail would have pouted if he could. But he he was a wolf so he didn't. Instead he galloped over to the other two wolves and bowed with his tail held high and what could almost be seen as a grin on his face. A childish invitation to play fighting. But he was once again ignored.
"And I wouldn't mind trying." Youngpaws challenged but he wouldn't have the chance to. The wolf on the ground put his nose up into the air. Sniffed and slowly stood up. Stretching his back he glanced at the other ones and then turned around.
"Leaving." Axis said and started off. The other wolves followed.
