I buy from Sephora online because I don't have a store near me to go and shop I am trained like a Sephora employee, however, my paystub says JCPenney. Apparently, you can only return without a receipt once a year.
I deny returns almost every day. It's based on dollar amount returned without a receipt per calendar year. We do not know what that amount is,

You can take your return without receipt to a Sephora inside JCPenney, but they will only be able to offer you an exchange or a JCPenney Gift card that can only be used at JCP (excludes free standing Sephora stores or Sephora.com).
