The best bet for the wiring diagram is a Factory Service Manual from Ebay or Dyment Distribution or www.alldatadiy.com. So if it really does exist, it looks like I'll need a part number (and another dealer) to order it. The last one I bought didn't come directly from Chrysler. They had a company called Dyment Distribution Services handling the sales of their manuals. This was a long time ago, so I don't know whether they still exist.
