Beneath Cursed Tides is a quest released on 14 December 2015. It is based on a RuneLabs suggestion about the mysterious vanishing of Tutorial Island during the update that expanded the Wizards' Tower to include where Tutorial Island originally was. This quest involves the player, Wizard Myrtle and Vannaka searching

Tutorial Island is a sunken island visited during Beneath Cursed Tides, where the adventurer explores the island and searches for clues as to why it sank. It was originally an island where new players were guided through the basics of playing on RuneScape through a guided tutorial. Completion of the tutorial was required

Tutorial Island was an island where new players were guided through the basics of playing RuneScape. It was released in the update of 24 September 2002, and until the July 2008 update, all new players had to have completed the tutorial before they could leave the island and begin exploring the world of Gielinor.
Every new RuneScape character starts out on the Tutorial Island. For new players, this is a place for you to learn the ropes, while those creating new characters can begin to fine tune them here. Watch for the map symbols on the minimap, as learning those will help players find their way.
I recently made a character and made him a member for the sole reason to try skip tutorial island. Problem is that the npc Skippy is not there to help skip tutorial island. Is there any way you can help implement Skippy back and/or enable some other way to skip the island. Its not about the time required to do
