Transgo installation isuhhardconfusingfull of nervousness. but, so far not impossible. I've run into a bit of trouble and TransGo is closed until Monday. The kit instructions say that I'm supposed to replace the Pressure Regulator spring with the "blue" spring. My kit came with an orange spring.

I pulled the valve body and was checking some measurements and found that the line pressure adjusting nut was turned all the way out to 1 5/8". My transmission book says the correct adjustment is 1 5/16" so I dont know if I made a mistake or what because I dont have the TF-2 instructions anymore.
17 Oct 2011 A couple months ago I installed a TF-2 kit in my Torqueflite. Installation was actually pretty easy. (I did forget to readjust the throttle stop screw correctly and had to go back in though) Instructions aren't great but between Transgo's guide and another site it was much more straight forward than I anticipated.
