Before you begin testing the vehicle and adjusting the boost controller, make sure that the manual controller is in place and all connections to the turbocharger are secure. Check to ensure that the hoses that deliver fuel to the system remain clamped tightly and securely in place, and no sign of leakage or obvious wear
hey, im building my own style of manual boost controller and have tested it on my own car and it help up very well with no problems at all. im now in need of people who are willing to test it on your car. i will be paying for the boost controller and free shipping to you as long as you test it and let me know how
The dyno shop indicated it was putting out 4.5-4.75PSI, they added a boost controller and turned it up to 7psi and made a run, then delivered to me at 9psi, wastegate lever by 1/8 of an inch on the tight side (you will have to tug on the actuator arm 1/8" to get it to slip over the wastegate lever. install the clip. you're done.

6 Aug 2013 Hi guys, probably/hopefully after a simple answer.. Is there a way to test if a Manual boost Tee is faulty? I don't have a replacement one, can only replace with stock parts/solenoid. I ask because my R33 Gtst has started to make a soft whining kind of noise when under boost. It also now will not set under

My car right now at 75 to 80 degrees runs 17 to 18 peak and drops to around 10 11 by 7000 RPM. So out of curiosity I wanted to see if it was tune related or because the turbo really falls flat on its face. This test was all done on an AWE(Omori) boost gauge. First test. Peak 14. 12Psi by redline. Car ran okish I
