If you receive the error, "The conference id you entered may not exist or is no longer active," it may be that the site has not yet been created for your conference to use, or that you are attempting to access a site that has already expired. IEEE PDF eXpress will return the Xplore compatible PDF files. Since the RSM 2017 Conference website accepts only PDFs, this service can be used to prepare such PDFs, pre-certified for publications compatibility. This should be used sparingly however, since it is envisioned by the IEEE as a final check in the paper
Papers should be firstly checked with the PDF eXpress tool and then the newly created PDF, which is an output from PDF eXpress, should be uploaded to our submission portal! PDF eXpress tool only checks for compatibility of the paper with the IEEE standards and is not used for the ICHQP2018 paper submission!
