11 Jul 2017 The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published updated questions and answers documents (Q&A) on the application of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and the Undertakings for the Collective Investment in Transferable Securities Directive (UCITS).
On 9 January 2015, ESMA issued an updated version of its “Questions and Answers on ESMA's guidelines on ETFs and other UCITS issues".
10 Oct 2017 As part of this overall review, ESMA will conduct a peer review on the Guidelines on ETFs and Other UCITS Issues (the Guidelines) which it originally published in 2012. The Guidelines cover a range of UCITS-related matters but crucially also introduced the first pan-European ETF specific rules for UCITS.
