Tsugawa talked a lot about effort yesterday. Effort, put in some fucking effort, cause no one will do it for you. Either you do it, or you get the fuck out.
He said that.
"If there are people here who aren't prepared to put in some effort to get to where they want, get out."
Of course no one left. But I know a handful that I think should have. All these complaints about how "ugh I have to help out at a PV set tomorrow ugh" and "I don't have time for my boyfriend..." Piss me off like... nothing else. If you don't have the motivation, if you don't have it in you to work hard, then what the hell are you doing here.
