All Lucky Seven can.. as far as I know only occur in the start of the battle. When someone has 7777 hp it begins in the coming battle. He hits 64 times for 7777dmg every hit.

I tried to kill emerald weapon that way by starting the battle with 2 chars at 7777... but then they splitted it and hit 32 times each totaling up to the same damage anyway.

And with a bug I had so I couldnt raise chocobos I couldnt get the knight of the round materia and other fun stuffs as quadra magic and final attack.. so... umh... i never got to kill ruby and emerald weapon.. i tried numerous tactics all starting with the All Lucky Seven... but i simply sucked to much XD
