14 Apr 2016 Bursting onto our screens in the first week of January, 1978, Blake's 7 was a space opera created by the man behind the Daleks, Terry Nation. a regular at scoring the music for Doctor Who (and there's always that bit in John Miles' Music Was My First Love that immediately conjures the theme to mind)
In 2006, B7 Productions announced that it had recorded a series of 36 five-minute audio adventures. The new series was broadcast on BBC Radio 7 as three hour-long episodes.

A couple of interesting observations here; Musicmasters on 19th May 2012 comments about the 'Blakes Seven' music. Indeed, that has often struck me likewise.
