If you want to combine two signed documents, create PDF Portfolio, which will then contain the individually signed documents, with still valid signatures. Is this possible with Acrobat X? I cannot locate a create portfolio option.

I would like to combine separate files which have been signed at different times to one combined file but it removes the electronic signatures when I do. If you upload completed DocuSign documents that have been download from completed envelopes, the signatures of the previous signers will be present on the PDFs.

You can try to combine your signed files to a single PDF, through File -> Create -> Combine Files to a Single PDF, but the documents will loose their signatures (if signed by you). If you see the message below just click on "Combine Files" and the files will be combined and the signature cleared, it is just a warning. enter image description here.
