I still can't believe you posted that statement, it shows how out of touch you are. The swapping .. No way reenlistment is denied for lack of course 14. No way. If it isn't a referral EPR there is no way this flies. Until CCAF and PME are REQUIRED, you can't say they don't meet standards for not doing them.
