Grilled Pineapple Recipe

Prepare a charcoal grill with a single layer of hot coals. When the grill is ready, brush the pineapple wedges lightly with the oil and place them on the grill.
Directions. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Whisk brown sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl. Pour sugar mixture into a large resealable plastic bag. Grill pineapple wedges on the preheated grill until heated through, 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Lay the pineapple spears on a pan. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Whisk together the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Grill for about 7-10 minutes or until it is starting to turn golden brown. I always like to brush the excess sauce from the pan back on top of the pineapple before serving.
