19 Jun 2011 My only worry is that Mei Tai may not be very suitable for carrying newborns as there only seems to be an upright position for newborns, with their feet Yep, assuming you're following babywearing safety guidelines ie TICKS-bubs in close and tight, their face in view at all times, Close enough to kiss, bubs

15 Oct 2013 MEI TAI Positioning. Baby should be placed on the parent's chest, the carrier brought up behind baby's back and the shoulder straps draped over the parent's shoulders. While supporting baby with one hand, reach back and grab one shoulder strap and with a firm, but gentle pulling motion, snug the strap
