For this fight, my guild has the dreamer pick up the add and the other tank tanks Xavius until the add dies. We stack up the mobs I tried this different strat that seems to work better for us that I have not seen online. . I'd recommend this for Normal-mode PUGs, but not sure if it would work in Heroic/Mythic.

When a Corruption Horror spawns in Phase One, it should be picked up by the tank in the dream, preferably.
Phase 3: Use Bloodlust/ Heroism/ Time Warp when this phase begins. Focus DPS on Xavius, but use efficient AoE/cleave to kill nearby Nightmare Tentacles when possible.
