Description of problem, Check points, Remedy. A message saying "Printer is not connected" or "Print Error" appears on the computer screen. Is the power turned on? Check the Main Power Switch of this machine. If a hub is used, also check the hub power. Has the machine been placed in the ErP Auto Power Off mode?
As of January 2014, Konica Minolta has not published a driver for using BizHub multifunction printers with Mac OS-X 10.9 (Mavericks). it seems that Account Track is only unavailable within some applications, and the only one of these commonly used in the department is Apple Preview, for viewing/printing pdf documents.

If I print as an image it is not clear enough, I professionally print.
Has anyone had this problem when you send a PDF to a printer, namely konica minolta 600/700 using either reader 9 or acrobat 8 and the print job goes in.
Now - I do a lot of work for the Library - and here we have an HP Officejet 8600, and a brand new Konica Minolta bizhub c224 top of range printer copier. The Konica works brilliantly from powerpoint word emails jpegs etc - probs are again excel and pdf, in both cases as the office - it shows the Konica exists
