I bought this copy of CVL's pumilio morph guide. During transit from the UK to me, the upper right corner got a bit knackered up. Still completely readable, but was not happy with the creases in such a unique/desirable book. Marc @ dartfrog.co.uk was awesome and sent me another copy, in perfect shape.
Update (February 2014): Following the passing away of the author this book has now gone out of print, and will not be reprinted. In December 2013 Chimaira published The Complete Oophaga pumilio, which presents a good alternative. This colour morph guide presents 102 different colour forms and locations of Oophaga
One of these is this form of pumilio, which carries the name of the island. Generally they are a red, orange or yellow frog, with black spotting on the back and legs.
