The General Full Movie In Hindi Download-----------------------------------------DOWNLOAD: http://urllio.com/r2j84 -----------------------------------------1862, Georgia, USA. The American Civil War is in its second year and Johnnie Gray is barred from enlisting. He is a train engineer and the Confederate Army feel he is more valuable to the Southern cause in his current role than in the army. This frustrates Johnnie and has estranged him from his sweetheart Annabelle, who views him as a coward. Then his beloved engine, The General, is stolen by Union spies and is heading for Union lines. Moreover, Annabelle is on board. Johnnie sets off after the two loves of his life. When Union spies steal an engineer's beloved locomotive, he pursues it single-handedly and straight through enemy lines.I actually got my son a typical 16 year old to come over and see what i was watching and laughing at. He walked in just as the bridge was collapsing under the train. He sat and watched the end of the movie with me, then he actually started it over to watch the whole thing. This from a "its a black and white picture dad and where the heck is the sound turn it up" kid.
And he absolutely floored me when he said after he watched the whole thing he thought it was great "but I prefer Chaplin". Seems he has been digging into my DVD collection when I wasn't watching.Keaton considered this his best movie, but it was a financial and critical disappointment at the time. While its reputation has increased considerably, I find myself in agreement with the original reviewers. It's a well-made big-budget movie, but it's not Keaton's funniest by far.
The movie deftly combines action and comedy, and there are some suspenseful moments amidst the slapstick. Keaton's physical skill is remarkable, although at times this made his gags more impressive than funny.
The movie is pretty solid, but it lags towards the end as it gets into big war scenes that sometimes overwhelm the drama. It also made the movie less sympathetic; I can cheer for the little engineer more easily than I can cheer the Confederate army.
Anyway, a good movie, but not nearly my favorite Keaton. The following FAQ entries may contain spoilers. Only the biggest ones (if any) will be covered with spoiler tags. Spoiler tags are used sparingly in order to make the page more readable. They're his fan club, of sorts. A train engineer was very likely to attract admiration from young boys. Also, they serve a dramatic function: they show the fundamental decency of Johnnie (Buster Keaton), who doesn't just tell them to get lost when he's trying to court his girl. The scene also shows Johnnie's cleverness as he contrives a gentler way to get rid of them. Buster, dejected over losing his girl, sits on his train's connecting rod. The train starts moving. Buster, deep in reverie, doesn't notice. He snaps out of it and looks around frantically just as the train passes into the enginehouse. This was a risky stunt. If the wheels had slipped, he'd have been thrown. The train crash cost came to $42,000 ($1.7 million at 1995 price levels), making it the most expensive single shot in all of silent films. That figure did not include disposal of the wreckage. Not until World War II would the Texas's rusty carcass be salvaged for scrap metal. a5c7b9f00b http://www.new.animalfinder.lt/en/news/view/id/284549 <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.nookl.com/article/335827/tamil-movie-dubbed-in-hindi-free-download-banshee" class="" onClick="javascript: window.open('/externalLinkRedirect.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nookl.com%2Farticle%2F335827%2Ftamil-movie-dubbed-in-hin
