A man stands outside the castle. He was a transfered from another kingdom and was very tired from his travel. "Now.. where.. could I find.. the wolfs or bears.. which was it I was to join again?... eeum.." he scratches his head. "Wolfs.. How do I find that?.."

*blinks and looks at him* Heh.. hard for a stranger like me to know.. *tips his head* and other then battle scarred and some magic in you.. I couldn't tell you apart from another. *salutes* I was sent to.. join.. something here.. but I got lost

*spins* huh? oh.. hello..you do?..

He nonds fast and the smile widens "I do~ Cuz I'm with the wolfs~" he stretches and looks very proud.

You are?.. wow you guys really need some better tell tale sign.. I couldn't spot anyone really

"But... I have this~" he said holding out his wrist with a bracelet on, the ones all guild members now had to wear.

*looks at it* thats.. pretty tiny.. thats what shows you're a guild member?.. no way for a stranger like me to see that.. where I come from this *hits his armor* hows who I am.. all in my clan have the same armor

Runt frowns a bit and tilts his head "But... Not everyone wants to wear armour.. It doesn't seem nice to move in... I like ours better~"

I can move in this very well sense it is made for me *moves his shoulders* I guess it works but.. If I knew I could have spotted is but someone else probably couldn't.. things really are different here

"Oh... But it seems so... Heavy... Is it?" he tilts his head and smiles instead, showing the typical curiosity of a pup "They are diffrent from my home as well~ What are things like there? Why are you here~?"

To some maybe but you have to be strong to fight.. if you're strong enough to fight you are strong enough to carry armor
You're not from here?.. hm well where I'm from there aren't many humans actually.. nor am I.. I guess I was transfered here because it needed help and diversity.. something like that heh

"S-strength isn't everything..." he said stroking his ears back a little looking almost offended "A-and if you think that then.. Then you should go to the bears."
Runt shakes his head "No... I-I lived with my pack before, it was in this kingdom but we keept to ourselfs... When they got killed I came here." he tilts his head hearing what he said, humans wasn't something he had come upon before comming here, but hearing that this person wasn't human suprised him as he looked like one "Your not human?" tilts head.

The bears don't like magic.. I'm not human.. heh how did you do that math?.. annd as I think I said.. my clans armor is meant for those like me while the elven clan has enchanted and light plates that sit totally different then mine.. their color is green and its suited for how they do things.. and mine is suited for me~
Noo I'm not~ I just look it right now not to have my first impression on the town being fear.. they said people here aren't that use to magical creatures.. when they're.. Obviously magical creatures.. *chuckles as his own sentence confused him a bit*

"But wolfs are family... And wolfs know that strength isn't all." he said very decided about what he said. But being told about the armour he got quite confused, but did his best not to let it show "W-well here guilds are part of the people, s-so why look diffrent?"
Runt tilts his head and frowns deeply "I... Think they told you wrong things." he said looking quite confused himself.

Well.. its not.. don't everyone know that?
So people know who to ask for help.. They come to my clan when maybe someone is sick and need to be flown to help or safety.. Elvs if they need emergency care.. Things like that its very good to be able to spot us in a crowd.. We are one of the people, standing out from the people..

Ears raises slightly as he understands more but still shakes his head slight "People can still see the bracelets... Not as easy as armour but easy enough."
Tilts head a bit "So like a dragon?"

Can people spot a bracelet from a crowd?..

"People know where to find the guilds if they can't spot anyone..." his ears folded down once more.

"W-well no one is forcing you to join... So if you don't like it and intend to talk d-down on how we do things... Maybe you shouldn't join? And y-you might not have many friends here either w-with that attitude." he looks a bit sceptic.

Frowns seeing his eyes but looks very much confused hearing what he says but has no chance of anwsering before he walks off. Making Runt frown even deeper "Rude..." he mumbles to himself before walking the other way.

Eum.. heh yeah I'm new and.. casual sense of direction isn't something I'd call my strongest suit heh *rubs his back head*

He nods and smiles warm at him. "I don't blame you. This town is hard to navigate in when you're new. I'm Raiden~"

*salutes* Helio~ I was transfered here to start in a guild.. I think.. it was wolf?... one of the guilds wasn't so magic friendly I remember.. they said that wouldn't be so great for me

He bows his head at the salute and nods. "I see. Well, when it comes to magic then the Bears are the least tolerant to it. Both the current leader and the one before him dislikes magic quite a bit. Mind you, they're great warriors, but not always the most tolerant to things they can't touch." He shakes his head some as he doesn't share their view, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. "So if it is magic you're looking for then the other guilds would suit you better. I'm a wolf myself~"

So it was the once not suitable.. *looks up* Well then I doubt they want me there~ Even if my magic is something you can touch.. Where I come from everyone uses magic somehow but.. *shrugs* all places are different.

He looks at him and frowns slightly but then nods. "I know what you mean. I too come from places where magic is almost a norm. But everyone is very different. And I believe the current leader has his reasons even if he doesn't say." He chuckles and smiles as he sees him shine up. "I am~ Been with them for most of my life even if I've been away on travels for quite some time"

He nods some. "I see. Are you human then?" Though he can't help but to chuckle at the comment about tell tale signs. "Perhaps so~" He grins and suddenly there's like a small 'poof' sound and there are two tails wagging behind him. "This enough of a tell tail sign?" He tilts his head and makes the tails go away again as he shows his arm instead. "Every guild member have a bracelet like this that's given to us from our leader. Look for them and you find the members"

No I'm not~ I can just look it and I heard the people here weren't very use to other beings so~..*looks at him as the tails come up and chuckles* here maybe it is... bracelets? so small once?.. in my kingdom this shows where I belong *punches his armor* everyone in my clan have the same once.. but then again if we showed off people would be able to spot us anyhow.. if we wanted them too

"I though you smelled a bit off for being human~" He smiles some. "But you're right. Not everyone is used to other beings so it's best to stay in human form when you can. May I ask what you are?" He keeps his smile at the reaction to his tails as it's rare he gets an opportunity like that. But hearing what he says about the bracelets vs. armor Raiden nods. "Well, I agree that they're small. But it seems like the higher up decided that it was the best idea as they won't affect us in our day to day life, nor will they be able to replicate or remove. So it's only guild members who can have them. Even the bears agreed to it despite it involving magic, so I don't think we should complain about them..."

He frowns hearing what he is but seeing him turn to stone he chuckles some. "I can see why it might. Are you able to move in that form as well? It looks a bit...limited...no offence of course." He smiles and nods at the rest.

*puts his hands on his hips* ofc I can, its more of a stealth thing.. we're often sent as spies but far from limited to that.. that we can be recognized by being naturals at turning in to stone but after that our appearance can be very different just like all statues are different~ *pulls a cross over his armor and wings bust out of the back, big and bat like with claws, also looking like stone* there is more but.. those I probably shouldn't show where theres people heh

He looks at him and nods as he explains. "Ah, I see. Well, I can understand why you would be good spies. It's a good stealth." Seeing the wings he chuckles. "A lot of surprises I presume~" He tilts his head some at the last part and nods. "You are the better judge when it comes to what people should see. I know myself that I have yet to show people anything about my form as it's just easier this way."

Well wings and tails are quite harmless.. *places a hand before bis still stone eyes which have no details just like statues, uncovers one which opens and shows a Cristal white eye with a Very small black pupil* others can cause people to feel frightened~ *hand coverts again and he removes it, both eyes being back to stone lids* and that isn't something I want as a first impression on this.. most likely my new home

"Though I guess the wings can be quite useful as well, no?" He nods some and looks really interested as Heilo shows his features. "Impressive." He chuckles some and nods at the last part. "Very true~ I think that's the right mindset right now. It wouldn't be good to scare the people more than necessary. Especially not now when we have a dragon that comes and goes that apparently can shapeshift."

With my claws yes.. and of course flight
Thank you~ using my actual eyes gives me a wider, better view but they have a tendency to scare humans which I do not wish to do.
Shape shifts as well?

He chuckles some and follows the wings with his eyes seeing the claws. "Very handy indeed."
He smiles and nods as Heilo thanks him. "Well, having seen then I'm not surprised that they scare humans. But I believe you use them well in battle, no?"
At the question about the dragon Raiden sigh and nods. "Yes. According to what Victor got told by the bear leader the dragon has the ability to shape shift into humans. The bear stumbled across it as it was disguised as a young girl...more than that we don't know about it's abilities."

Its needed for Gargoyle's like me~... I switch during battle.. Gargoyle eyes are meant for seeing far away from up a building and as much as possible without moving the eyes so.. you don't see very well when something is up close.
Mmhh.. well.. its not uncommon actually.. or it is, the bigger the dragon the less likely usually but.. many lesser can change to humans and wolf's.. some both some just one but.. most big dragons can't.. *sigh* troublesome

He frowns slightly at first, but hearing the rest of the explanation he nods and chuckles slightly. "I see. Well, when you put it like that then I can understand that they have both their advantage as well as disadvantage depending on the type of battle they're needed for."
He sigh as well at the talk of the dragon and looks around some. "Troublesome indeed. This one dragon destroyed half the town and stole the crown jewels. Though on the plus side it also destroyed the castle of our enemy, so perhaps we should thank it for that..." He shakes his head some as he doesn't like the thought of a dragon roaming so free. "There are people out trying to find it, but as we don't know where it is we have some troubles. The mountain range is enormous and so far none has made it far enough. Besides, the dragon could be hiding closer in a human form. All we know is that it can't enter the city anymore."

I'm not made for much combat but I make what best of it~
You need magic to find a powerful magic creature like a dragon.. but you sorta have to be not to far from it.. dragon hunting is a hard job *shakes head slight*

"It's good that you do your best. That's what we all value I think~"
He sigh some and nods as Heilo confirms about the dragon. "Yes, we've noticed that much. But as long as it doesn't destroy the city again I won't complain too much. But it would be best for all of us if we could remove the threat of it once and for all..."

Hmm well.. best would be to take it in its human form and seal it to that as a punishment?

He smiles and nods as he does approve of people who always does their best.
At the comment about the dragon he sigh and looks rather brought down. "I know. But the problem is still finding the dragon. As well as I believe that there is a need of very strong magic to trap the dragon like that. Should it come to it I really hope that the magic users we have here will be able to do it."

Yes you need strong magic but if you enchant an item you have time and it won't drain as much on them.. but.. I just know the basic, I never did magic

He nods some and then chuckles slightly. "I don't even know the basics. Magic wasn't something I was interested in, nor was it something that my pack practiced. So I only know what people tell me really. But it does sound rather complicated as well."

*turns back to human skin* I am just magical by myself heh so hardly do I

He nods. "It sounds as if though we're in the same boat then. I too am of magical decent, as you might have guessed~" He chuckles slightly indicating the tails from before. "I know my own kind of magic, though nothing else"

"If you wish to join the wolfs then you should talk to out guild leader. He's the one to decide if you can join or not. But I see no problems with you joining."
He chuckles some and nods. "Same here. It's more or less what's expected of you."

He chuckles again and smiles warm. "I can take you to the wolf tower. It's not that far really~"

Its not? so I got at least a bit close?

He nods. "Yes~ You got in the general direction of the wolf tower. But I'll take you the rest of the way to get you right. Or would you like a tour of the town? We can take the wolf tower on our way."

No I feel it most important that I have my transfer finished first I think

"Of course~" He smiles and looks around slightly. "Then follow me and I'll take you there~" He smiles and starts walking

*follows him after a brief mental check of that he looked normal again*

He looks at him to make sure he follows. "You doing alright there?"

*follows* Yeah no problem, I'm just not use to trying to look human anymore

He nods and chuckles slightly. "I understand the feeling. While I lived with my pack we rarely had human form, so when having to be around humans that was a bit difficult to get used to at first. But it'll come in time~"

*nods* I remained in original form just until I flew half way here

"Ah, then I can understand that it feels a bit od being in human form. But as I said, you'll probably get used to it shortly as I think human form is the best one to keep here in the city." He looks around some and keeps walking.
Soon he smiles and points to a tall tower. "And that's the wolf den~"

Yes I will get use to it... *looks at it* ooh.. and.. how do I find a leader?

He nods and then smiles at Heilos question. "Let's go and see if he's in there~" he keeps walking towards the tower.

He smiles. "You're welcome~" As he gets to the he walks inside. Not seeing Victor he gestures for Helio to follow him. He then walks to where Victor can usually be found and knocks on the door. "Victor? You in there?"

Victor was standing in his office, and looked at the door as he heard a knock. "Yes?"

Raiden opens the door and bows his head as he walks inside. "Greetings~ I hope you are well." He smiles and looks up some. "I met a man who wish to join our guild~" he gestures to Heilo to follow inside.

*follows just behind him, salutes as he sees Victor noticed him* Thank you, yes I'm a transfer and I was told I would suit the best here.

Victor smiled faint and nodded. "Welcome. You seem like a diligent man...What's your name?"

Hm yes well an order is an order and being transfered is an honor.. and.. traveling far is not very rough when you can fly

Victor nodded. "Indeed." he said as he walked to his desk and put up a paper, facing Helio. "You will need to fill this in, then I'll get a bracelet for you."

Victor put a pen on the desk for him as well.

Raiden stays by the door and smiles some as he watches them

Sound tired *helio's arm turns to stone*

Victor smiled faint as he had finished the spell. "Well, it's been a long day. And uh, are you alright? your arm.."

Oh?.. I just landed here today so.. huh?..*looks at his arms* this is real *moves his hands* this is fake *touches the skin on his face* I'm a gargoyle.. those mostly demon looking statues on top of castles and churches?.. made of stone. Heard of it? *lets the rest of him turn into stone with blank flat eyes, the armor turns as well* my metal isn't part of me tho, just magic steal that can switch to match me *his lips moves as he speaks but just like a statue theres no depth inside* a statue with actual plate would look pretty queer

"Hmm, I see." Victor said as he nodded.

*he turns back to skin* This is just a way not to scare people.. my former clan said there had never been any of my likes here and new things tend to scare humans

"It just struck me as odd, but you've explained it to me, so I have a clear picture of what it is." he smiled faint. "Well, I'll have to welcome you to our guild. I hope you'll enjoy working with us."

Raiden smiles and walks up to Helio and puts a hand on his shoulder. Then he smiles at Victor. "I'm sure we can make him feel welcome~"

*bows* thank you *smiles a bit*

He looks at him and smiles warm as he removes his hand. "I guess I should say welcome as well then~ I hope that we will work well together~"
