Lucius watches over the city and shakes his head almost disappointed. "This silence...how disappointing~ there was so much fun before" He descends the cliff he was standing on and makes his way towards the city. He looks around as he walks and a small smirk forms on his lips. "Perhaps wreaking some havoc to get things going again would be a good idea~" He looks down on his covered arm and the smirk widens slightly as he enters the city.

It doesn't take long for him to notice that he's being observed, though as he has no intentions of hurting anyone here today he's not too bothered by it but finds it rather amusing instead.

He chuckles slightly to himself finding the follower slightly amusing. He wonders a bit how someone that obvious could have made it to the sneaky watching as he's so easily spotted. Though he pretends not to notice and keeps his hands behind his back as he looks around
