15 Aug 2017 Notes. This ability is automatically leveled at the start of the game. Strength is gained when Devourer kills a hero (regardless of range) or if an enemy heroes dies with in 1150 radius of Devourer. Strength counter stops at 126 but the actual STR keep going up.
