I saw a thread on this, but it was never sufficiently answered. Maybe there is more insight now. It turns out when I print to pdf with MS Word 2010,
I am printing close to the edge, but the part that is getting cut off isn't on the edge of the paper. The bottom, where there is 2-3 inches of space left, is getting cut. Found the File and Page options but still don't know how to check to make sure the entire word document is within the printing margins.
9 Jul 2013 Microsoft Word Cuts off the bottom of page when saving to PDF - When I save a file (sized 6x11) to PDF from Word, it cuts off the bottom of the file. Anyone know what's going on here? I'm using Word 2011.
page numbers cut off when converting to pdf. I formatted my manuscript with page numbers in the center bottom of each page. It looks normal in Word (using Word 2004 for Mac) but when I convert to pdf, it cuts off a bit of the page number. This is causing the interior to be rejected by createspace. Any ideas

I need to convert to a PDF without losing any of the formatting (i.e. when I try to do this in WORD in cuts off my page numbers in the footer and also cuts off some of the text and images that are too close to the right side of the page for the pages with no margins). I have been trying again and again to save Mac word documents to PDF and I consistently get one side of the border cut off in the PDF preview. Doesn't seem to be consist as to whether it is right side or the bottom, and sometimes there is less room on another margin but doesn't matter. I have tried
