21 Apr 2016 [Tech Corner] How To Install SRAM Guide Brakes | MTB-MAG.COM Mounting options in our case meant an individual brake to bar mount as opposed to SRAM's matchmaker mount. Slide the olive onto the hose, then using the supplied, knurled torx tool thread the hose barb into the end of the hose.

24 Feb 2018 I'm shortening the brake hose on a SRAM Guide R but am stuck on finding new olives and barbs. All the usual places I'd check are listing Avid ones only. I remember using the screw in barbs on Juicys way back but this Guide R has a red coloured olive and what looks more like a Shimano push in barb. So do I need to keep
