4 May 2011 I noticed that there is no checkbox for “Spreads"in the Export to Interactive PDF dialog box out of InDesign CS5. The export is always in spreads and you can't turn it off. Personally, I wish this dialog box had a few more options (some permissions settings perhaps?) This seems kind of lame. A quick fix is to
