If you already own LiveLean15.com, I recommend you do the Live Lean 15 workouts as indicated on those HIIT days. If you don't own LiveLean15.com, you can simply set your timer for 20 minutes, sprint all-out for 30 seconds, then recover (by walking) for 90 seconds. Repeat these intervals until your 20 minutes is up.
