21 Oct 2010 So when I read The Malaysian Insider today and saw Cilantro Restaurant & Wine Bar placed at No. 8 of The Miele Guide 2010/2011, I was pleased. (I was very surprised Cilantro didn't make it into the "Best Fine Dining" category in Time Out KL Food Award nominations, but hey at least Sage made it!)
