11 Nov 2010 ive got a ve ss that is very notchy going into first and if i am not vigilant it will only go half way in and then when you pop the clutch it jumps.

We have Just wondering if the gearbox on a 06 commodore ve auto would send it to limp mode. Sounds like you might have different problem. maybe transmission fault or a fuel supply issue.
