Basically you need to cremate a set of shade remains in order to get a silver key, which grants you access to the area of the shade catacombs where they are located. Buy a few sets of Fiyr remains and magic pyre logs on the GE. Take them to Mort'ton and burn them on the funeral pyre until you get a silver
