Recipe For Potatoes And Onions
4 Nov 2016 . Ingredients. 1 large (or 2 small) yellow onion, quartered and thinly sliced. 2.5 lbs unpeeled red potatoes, cut into approximately 1/2 inch cubes. 3 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary. plenty of salt and pepper.

Add the olive oil to the pan, scatter in the potatoes and fry for about 10 mins until golden. They won't crisp because of the onions but you want them soft around.
Directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a 9x13 inch casserole dish, mix the potatoes, onions, butter, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Bake covered in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until potatoes are tender.
Directions. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Combine potatoes and onion in a roasting pan; cover with canola oil and olive oil. Add garlic, onion soup mix, rosemary, and black pepper and stir until potatoes and onion are evenly coated. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
