I did this another 2 times and even contacted Hermes myself and they couldn't change the address. I then went back on the chat and 'Emma' left me hanging for ages and then left the group chat! so rude and unprofessional. I have now requested a refund. 8 Oct 2013 Well basically I've ordered two dresses from missguided and where it says delivery request I didn't know what that meant, so I didn't write deliver to my next door and now I'm worrying that they might deliver when This usually consist of phoning to organise a delivery time or picking it up at a local depot.
Every time I place a order with Missguided I tell myself I am never ordering of that website again, as their delivery service is useless. This time I
