Jul 29, 2016 This week I have killed all the bosses of Firelands on Heroic 25m difficulty, and Ragnaros is not spawning from his lava pool. Raid info shows that for Heroic 25m Firelands that all bosses are defeated in red, and that Ragnaros is still available in green. I have tried leaving the instance and resetting several
