ve been working on my front kick ...
i was watching one of my instructor doing it on the punch bag
Man !! his kick was fucking insane ...
i wanna see what happens if that hits on someone's stomach LOL
"imaging your foot stirkes forward through horizontally like a BLADE "
it looks like the foot goes up to the top in the picture
but in fact it doesn't
you push all the strengh from your hips, thigh, and legs more like forward
so it'd hit directly onto the target rather than kicking up unless you were aiming to the chin
