yeh it's Nico again :D:D:D:D: !!!
I read an article about some suggeston for people wanting
to lose weight ,,it provided some kind of weekly health meals ,,
I noticed that there is nothing that contains starch trhoguhout
the whole menu... things like rice, noodles, potatos
instead, most of the food are meats, vegetable, and fruits, and they
alos recommed to drink a lot of water each day, coz it helps your metabolism
works better and smoother , so does doing exercise ,I suppose
I think feeling hungry definetely means you need to eat, but
it is importan to know that you can choose what you eat to
fullfill the hunger .... some food just brings you too much
uneccessary engergy you don't need into your body ...
again tho, I only think this is only for people who really seriously
have weight problem ... or who really wanna be fit, otherwise
this meals plan is really getting you missing out all the awesome
food you are supposed to enjoy in your life hahahahha
see, there is no ice-cream on the list
how terriable it is that we're not allowed to eat ice-cream
