Fried Shredded Beef Recipes
Combine the eggs, salt and corn flour then coat the beef strips. Heat oil to 200c then deep-fry the beef strips, taking care to add them to the wok one by one. Using some of the oil from your frying, stir fry the spring onion, garlic,chilli and carrot. Finally, add the beef and toss together.

Using ready cooked beef and noodles plus Chinese favourites soy sauce, . This recipe is a mouthwatering leftovers idea from our traditonal roast beef fillet dish.
Directions. Trim fat from beef steak. Cut beef into very thin strips. Toss beef, 1 TBSP cornstarch, 2 tsp oil, the salt and pepper in ziploc bag. Cut bell peppers into thin strips. Cut green onions into 1 inch pieces. Mix 2 tsp cornstarch, water, soy sauce and sesame oil. Heat skillet or wok until very hot.
Directions. Beat together eggs, salt and cornflour. Heat oil to 180C and deep-fry the beef strips, adding them individually. Cook for 6-7 minutes until brown and crispy. As the beef cooks, remove it and drain on kitchen paper. Using a little of the frying oil, stir fry the carrot, onion, garlic and chilli.
