Bao Dur is a pretty unorthodox character and requires a little thinking outside the box. First off, on the question of Armor: Forget force powers, give him the heaviest armor he can wear. I've started playing KOTOR 2 for the second time now, wanting to try a Dark Side character. I remember when I played the first time (as For example: on the Ebon Hawk the party screen showed Bao-Dur as Dark Side, but outside the ship he was back at neutral. Also happened with Atton, T3 and Disciple.
