When your design is ready, cover the beads with baking paper and iron over them with an iron set to medium warm/hot for a few seconds, so that the beads melt together. Let the bead shape cool after ironing. Place it on a flat surface, so it does not bend.

19 Jul 2013 Make sure you place a sheet of baking paper on top of your design so it doesn't melt onto the iron. That would be very bad. When the plastic looks like it is fused together, take it of the pegboard and iron the other side, but make sure there is baking paper between the iron and your design.
