Creamed Chicken On Toast

We have a dairy farm and three young children, so I'm always on the lookout for easy, hearty meals like this one. Using leftover or canned chicken, I can whip up.
Make It. Combine chicken breast strips, soup, broccoli, milk, cheese and Worcestershire sauce in saucepan; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until mixture is heated through and cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve spooned toast slices.
Melt butter, add flour making a paste. Remove from heat and gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Return to heat and bring to a boil, add chicken and salt and pepper to taste. Allow chicken to become hot and remove from heat to serve on toast.
CREAMED CHICKEN ON TOAST. 4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken. Frozen peas. Melt butter in saucepan.
Creamed chicken . to taste; teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg; teaspoon cayenne pepper; 3 cups shredded cooked chicken . Serve on waffles or toast.
