22 Aug 2015 I recently acquired a Bukh DV 24 with a damaged sail drive I intend to rebuild the DV24 and remove my old Bukh DV20 and fit the original DV20 gear box( not a sail drive) to the Bukh DV24 can any one tell me it there's a problem with this other than fuel lines ect.

7 May 2010 Still unearthing things in bottom of lockers etc and found paperwork and maintenance logs today along with engine manuals. The boat is a 1980 so we had assumed it was the original engine. What I've found out today is that she was re-engined in 1989 and the engine is a bukh dv24. It's all logged properly
