Yoga isn’t separate from meditation; in fact, it’s a path leading to it. It teaches us to have control over our outgoing tendencies of the senses and to clam the mind. Yoga enables us to get in touch with ourselves and to develop our power of concentration, which will lead to the state of meditation. The intention is to go beyond what we all know, to let go of those limitations in life. Yoga isn’t only a theory; it’s a sensible system that wants patience, endurance and discipline. Sometimes we have a tendency to tend to see the gross matter, however ignore the smaller forces. Yoga brings out what’s inside us and has the potential to transfer it into our daily lives. It allows us to break routines and be able to adapt and adjust to the events of this world. Therefore mental flexibility is necessary and that can be developed with regular practice. It becomes an entire approach of life.
