Benefits of Yoga on Health.
The benefits of health and fitness are not limited to the body. Exercise is a mental and bodily experience. For this reason, it is necessary to look at the principles that define the nature of the exercise by practicing yoga. Yoga is more than just making. Poses give us the opportunity to reconcile and practice the principles first in the body and then in the mind. According to yoga, truth is one of Yamas, the legal and ethical way of life. Yamas is the path or stage of yoga that teaches us to live a spiritual life. The problem with the truth is that we have to determine what is good and ethical, and these definitions may vary according to culture. For example, we can say that it is unethical to kill an animal for food. In some cultures, individuals must hunt for animals to survive. It is important that we do not impose on other personal definitions of truth.
