I made a journey to Styx today.
... I followed a path in my mind
... until I saw a gate.
It promised me the laughter of childhood, but I knew I had to continue on my own road.
I reached the woods where time never really existed
// and suddenly the trees had eyes
The next gate promised me love until death.
// But my road didn't end here
I walked past it's glory and continued for what felt like a lifetime.
I stopped at the sound of the woodpecker, looked at my left and saw the alley of the restless forest.
It's brightness took me off gueard, but I knew it was right. I followed the light...
// ... walking along the watching trees
// ... until I stood in front of the river Styx.
// the feeling of numbness had me in it's grip, and I gazed upon Hades
// I asked him; what is my purpose? and he answered in a tounge I never knew I spoke: that is your purpose.
// he told me to leave, and I ran, even though I knew I would never come back.
// ... and even though I felt the trees eyes on my back, I did never look back
