22 Mar 2014 EDIT: Due to Snipe being virtually unavailable to 4th job marksmen, it is highly unrecommended to make one if you intend on getting to 4th job. Piercing Arrow is worthless and Snipe might as well not be in your skillbook, so you're basically a 4th job sniper with Sharp Eyes. Perhaps the pending skill patch
