Recipe Pappadeaux Sauce For Alligator Dipping

Try something new this year like Cajun grilled alligator. This mild, juicy white meat is amplified with spices and a classic Mississippi dipping sauce. #YOLO.
Use this sauce to dip in bits of fish, steamed or sauteed shrimp, or crawfish. As an appetizer, use it as a dip for raw veggies. Great with French fries or fresh bread.
To make the Srirancha: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, Sriracha, lemon juice and vinegar. Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper. To make the fried alligator: Lightly season the alligator with salt and pepper.
Directions. Garlic Aioli dipping sauce: In a food processor, pulse the garlic, green onion, and white onion until minced and thoroughly combined. Mediterranean Alligator: Combine the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Alligator Picatta: Pound the alligator with a meat mallet to tenderize.

In a shallow bowl, beat the egg and stir in the milk. Heat about a fourth of the oil in a large skillet over medium to medium high heat. Continue cooking until all pieces are cooked.
