Myguide are terrible for support because they went bust about 2 yrs ago. To get updates there is a 3rd party website but for howlong they will keep it going who knows. First of all, be sure you got the update file for your MyGuide 3100 ( Software MyGuide 6.1 ) device, downloaded from SpeedcamUpdates.com. If still haven't got it, you can get it now Disk/MyGuide/POI/speedcam". Disconnect your MyGuide 3100 ( Software MyGuide 6.1 ) device from your PC and start the navigation system.
4 Jul 2011 i have a my guide 3100, the maps and postcodes are out of date and i cant update them, is there anyway to use tomtom maps etc.
